We are here to support your general health needs! 
If you need to be seen for any reason, please first schedule an appointment with the nurse. 

Some medical help can be provided by the nurse at no cost to you, other issues may require a visit with our Dr. Sundaram or recommendation to JCHC.

If you feel ill, first call or email our nurse. Please wear a mask to the clinic when having symptoms.

Discuss acute or chronic conditions, prescription refills, referrals, lab work, etc. with Dr. Sundaram, M.D.

We have have very inexpensive lab tests available, if needed. (Requires visit with Dr. Sundaram.)

We are here for you if you twist your ankle or have other minor injuries like a scrape or bruise.
